“Honor a Hero” Blood Drive Helps Save Hundreds of Lives
rary Buchanan is pleased to announce that our annual “Honor a Hero” blood drive on September 11th raised enough blood (102 units) to save the lives of over 100 Treasure Coast residents. The event – now in its fourth year – was a tremendous success thanks to the local residents, volunteers, and donors who chose to honor the fallen heroes and victims of 9/11 by donating blood.
The success of the event and the message Managing Partner Mike Crary has tried to spread were both focal points in a recent Palm City Spotlight article. In the article, Attorney Crary shared his inspiration for the memorial blood drive, and stated “no matter how great the tragedy is, we can always help.”
